Artist Conversation: Redline Redefined

Part of Thingamajigs Performance Group’s virtual residency at Berkeley Art Museum / Pacific Film Archive, I meet up with fellow commissioned artists Sudhu Tewari and Theresa Wong to check in on Redline Redefined, our cultural research project investigating the history and impact of East Bay real estate redlining. We’ll talk about our strategies and process, share from our sonic portfolios, and explore issues of equity, community voice, and the responsibilities of the artist in public practice.
