public art

Since 1996 I’ve been developing temporary public art projects that emphasize the fleeting and seek to catalyze highly personal transformations in unexpected places. Initially exploring the trope of presenting the built world in the natural one, work since 2005 has focused on the transformation of civic spaces with the ephemeral tools of light and sound, organized as collaborative, improvisational practice.

More directly, I always think about watching movies outside. All the time. It can be tedious for those around me.
