At the insistence of Edward Schocker, joining the Northern California Gagaku Group on kakko to perform Japanese imperial court music. We’ll be among many other distinguished performance groups, all celebrating the Lunar New Year with the Oakland Museum of California.
Expect a day filled with fortune, yo scale and dogs. We’ll be performing at 1 and 3pm.
