mit Moth

Garden of Memory, that venerable, chat-tastic, annual perambulation through Oakland’s Julia Morgan-designed Columbarium, has invited Edward Schocker to perform, and he, in turn, hypnotized me into joining him and Rae Diamond in an inceptive trio now known (in my mind) as mit Moth, the meta side project cascading from mit Darm, the moth stays, and Thingamajigs Performance Group.

Expect Edward on triggering glass, p’iri and shō, Rae on voice and found object, me on contact mics and Jurassic pedals using the moment durationally to listen and elide. I have no doubt it’s already playing.
