Edward Schocker’s Crossing Ensemble

Reconvening in Gallery 308 with Edward Schocker’s ecstatic group improvisation at the San Francisco International Arts Festival. I’m in the ensemble on percussion, performing with a vocabulary drawn from our common and uncommon Pacific rim backgrounds and informed by the scattered melodies of Korean Sanjo, Sinawi and shamanism.
