Closing out, as one does when one is in BCO, the Norcal Noise Fest’s 27th annual festival from the back yard of Chakra Chimp Studios. The last act of the last day on the last (online) stage, you can start tuning in at 3pm, or simply disco nap and tune in at 7pm to hear us gross and fine tune the festival, creating the meta noise from all prior noises.
