[ directions | advance tickets ]The culmination of Thingamajigs Performance Group’s week-long residency with Pauline Oliveros in which she directs us in creating a group collaborative musical work that blurs divisions between the role of composer and performer. I believe I’ll be playing everything initially and nearly nothing by the end.
This is the penultimate performance in the cavernous Gallery B of the Berkeley Art Museum, which closes at the end of the year to prepare for the reopening of its new location. Advance tickets recommended.
