New Zombies

Playing percussion in New Zombies, the large ensemble dedicated to putting the avant garde compositions of Dan Plonsey into afrobeat arrangements, this time as part of an avalanche of covers of the band Toychestra, enjoying its 20th anniversary.

Expect astonishing performances from the likes of Jet Black Hair People, Boron, (members of) Eskimo, Jewlia Eisenberg and many others present and remote, visuals by Heike Liss, and a full reunion set from the enchanted headliner, culminating in a live performance of Dan Plonsey’s What Leave Behind with Fred Frith.
